[Busmanagers] ATO Certificate Renewal

Hi Brigid,

 

Yes, I had exactly the same problem and know of another school that also
had this problem.  I'm sure there is something wrong with their
software.  I hate to tell you but even when I got the new renewal (after
10 days) it still didn't work so had to contact them again and
eventually got it working.  Hope you have better luck.

Hi Everyone,

 

I have just had to update my ATO certificate to run my electronic bas,
only to discover that I had to reapply for a certificate and update my
version of ECI client application; have other schools encountered this
problem?  Do I have a problem now that I have to wait approximately 10
days to lodge my e-bas?
