[Busmanagers] CASES21 and new IBM R52 Notebooks

You mean you let your Prin or AP near CASES21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Our tech has the following suggestion : 

 

All CASES21 machines are only allowed to run service pack 1 (cannot use
service pack 2 on admin network) but laptops are using service pack 2.
This may be the problem

Hi girls 

Has anyone (eg Prin or AP) at your schools had trouble getting CASES21
loaded onto the new IBM R52 notebook computer.  Our tech is trying to
load it and even though it loads with no trouble it crashes every time
he tries to log on.  He has uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times
to no avail.
