[Busmanagers] Local Payroll Days

Hi, we were wondering which day of the week do schools do their local
payrolls.  It has been suggested to us that we should do them up until a
Friday - presently they are done on Thursdays each fortnight - so our
fortnight goes from a Thursday to a Wednesday and our payday is the same
as when central pay goes into our accounts.
