[Busmanagers] Student helpers

At my school we employ regular student helpers/workforce.  Library, 
Ceramics,  I pay them through the local payroll using the Tax file number 
333 333 333 (U18 yrs age & under $6000 threshold) therefore the funds are 
paid straight into their bank accounts.We are currently paying our students 
$7.50 an hr.
