You would normally update - you need to type in your code for processing
- it will probably be 01**** (the stars will be your school number).
Then you will need to select the staff member - click on the drop down
arrow and find the right person.  Then you click on quotation and enter
the dates that are required.  Click on the traffic lights to process.
When it comes time to process the leave you then follow all these steps
again except instead of quotation you click on application.  You will
need to specify whether the LSL is at full pay or half pay.  This
creates a leave application in the normal leave area.  You then have to
go into leave application - type in the correct LSL code - click on
principal approved and then save.
 
Then its all done.  If you have any more queries, don't hesitate to call
me.  I make sure I attach printouts of all the various steps and attach
them to the staff members LSL application form.
