There has been an overwhelming response to my posting.  I have just
spoken with author of document to get the OK to put it on website.  They
are going to send me an electronic version and I will then post on the
site.  They also suggested that posting it on Business Manager site
could be an option.  I would have thought as an HRMS calculator.

Hopefully it will be there for you all within a couple of hours.
