Hi Kaye,

I was told (after I had completed EOM prior to implementation ) that the
computer date should have been changed. Consequently was told in no
uncertain terms from several people had to restore and do all work
again. I have since found out it would not have made any difference as
long as cases date was ok. Much stress and grey hair.

Hello all,

My implementer recently responded to a query regarding dates on computer
when completing bank recs and EOM. You complete the bank recs as
normal, only changing the CASES date that you are working in to be the
last day of the month to be reconciled, and not the computer date, as
mentioned recently on this email list. This would only have been
necessary if there was receipted or processed work in the new month.
Implementers are concerned that schools will get the wrong information.

Cheers
