[Busmanagers] Credit notes C21F

Hi Everyone,

Me again.  Need to credit a couple of families for swim charges.  One
family had credit held over from last year and the other family missed a
session.  

Do I use "Family Credit Notes - DF31021"  or  "Family Student Reverse
Charge - Fees Templates DF31010".  What's the difference?
