[Busmanagers] Receipts to changed parent arrangements - Student Family Links

Re Students who "change" parents and have charges attached/linked to the
original parent.  When we want to allocate receipts from the new paying
parent/guardian  (aunt, grandma etc) charges via the "new" parent the
charges don't display.

 

Do we have to reverse the old charges that are linked to the original
parent and re apply them to the student via the new parent arrangement?

 

Is there a shorter way? ( Do we have to unlink or ditch the old
parents???  That is what kids seem to be able to do today.)
