[Busmanagers] student enrolment

Alternate families do appear on ST21006.  You have to select the down
arrow at Family Details required and select plus alternative families.
We have the same situation with one family but they know we cannot do
anything else.

Hello

We have a new student enrolling.  The parents have shared custody of
child and so therefore there is no primary residence.  Both parents want
correspondence, reports etc and to be contacted anytime if child needs
emergency contact.  However, neither want to be "alternative family".
We use ST21006 for quick reference emergency details and alternative
families don't show on this.  We cannot enter 2 different addresses for
primary family.

 

Has anyone else had this problem and can advise how to enter it on Cases
21 admin?
