[Busmanagers] SSO Salary Rate Upgrade

I was refering to the salary increase of 1 April 2006.  I went to edumail & 
printed Cases21 Finance Advice 27 which gave instructions on how to update 
our local payroll records.  Thank you for everyone's assistance.
