[Busmanagers] Taxation Query

Good Afternoon everyone,

 

I had a Tax query two months ago, after investigating it appears to be
an error going back to the 2000-2001 financial year for whatever reason
CASES did not report all the PAYG Tax for a nine month period, it
deducted $518.00 per month, so the ATO has sent me a nice account for
$4000.00 plus interest.  However my dilemma is, they with held my refund
of $926.00 which has appeared as a discrepancy for the past two months
on my Bank Rec, so I am after advise on how to offset this, do I do a
General Ledger payment with no cheque, but what coding would you suggest
I use or does anyone have a better idea?
