GL Receipt into the Official Account is the easiest unless you can do
Bank Transfers on the Internet then they would not need to write the
cheque.

Subject: [Busmanagers] RE: Bank Account Transfer

Hi everyone - is it cold or what????????????????

Have just been handed a cheque from our parents club. As it is a
cheque, do I have to enter it through GL receipts or can I do a bank
transfers journal? I know that the P & C account is not an investment
account, so I am leaning to receipting it. Any ideas?

Cheers

PS just got our draft management letter and they have included a point
that we didn't allocate this year's fees paid in December, and that "we
should refer to the CASES 21 Finance Guide together with the assistance
of CASES technicians to rectify this problem". Anyone else get this
comment?
