[Busmanagers] Uniform shop

The school wish to purchase drink bottles from the uniform shop. Can
someone help me with how I account for this?. Do we need to arrange a
payment to the uniform shop from the school or is there a way through
the general ledger without generating a cheque? A program transfer
doesn't seem quite right as a purchase is being made not an adjustment.
