[Busmanagers] Capital Items coding

[Brophy, Marjorie J]

They start with a '2'.   If you are putting on Invoices you have to
select 'AR' not 'GL'.   You then add it as an asset.

Can someone please tell me what the GL code for purchase of equipment
over $1000 is as I don't seem to be able to find one or are we doing
something wrong.
