[Busmanagers] charge reports

Hi Roz,

I have printed a few charge by charge reports and haven't had any problems
with them.   Just tried to print 6 different reports without a problem.

I have been having trouble with the charge by charge type reports.  Some of
the reports will print, but others which have been entered don't.

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with this report.
