*         As required for the introduction of the School Purchasing Card
the following recommendations are minuted:

'The School Council formally recommends the introduction of the School
Purchasing Card. In conjunction with the schools current purchasing
procedures and controls, the School Council formally minutes the
adoption of the controls and procedures in accordance with ministerial
guidelines and Directions 1-6 of 2005.

-           The Authorisation Officer is:            XXXX

The Following Cardholders have financial delegation up to the nominated
limit related to the specified expenditure areas. (Finance Meeting
Minutes: June 7th 2006)

Welfare

-           xxx                  $   500             Hospitality/Foods

 

All of the above having completed an 'Undertaking by the Cardholder'.

Hi,

 

I was wondering if any school have adopted the school purchasing card,
and have specific wording for the School Council Minute/s that are
required. I don't want to have to rewrite the guidelines in the
minutes!! - but I can't find an alternative.
