[Busmanagers] Investing In Schools Assistance

With the documentation re the Investing in Schools there was directions on 
how to receipt it into CASES/CASES21 in Circular S199-2006 Commw Funding 
Initiative- B025=2006 DE&T Mail Bulletin

Schools using CASES should use the receipt code 0020 Special Grants and can 
establish a sub-program with the description "IOSP Funding" under program 
424  Other Works.
An Annual Sub-Program Budget Variance Report can then be run to detail all 
revenue and expenditure associated with the Programme.

Schools using CASES21 Finance should use the revenue code 71080  Other 
Commonwealth Government Grants and can set up a sub-program within the 
range 6650 and 6699 with the description "IOSP Funding" under the program 
660  Other Works.
An Annual Sub-Program Budget Variance Report can then be run to detail all 
revenue and expenditure associated with the Programme.
