Hi Lyanne,

 

I created a separate sub program as this was a federal grant, but you
could just create one sub program for all items of this nature and then
track them through the Tracked Balances tool that is available to
download from the CASES 21 Finance site.

We have just received notification of the monies we are to receive.  I
was wondering if other schools could let me where they placed these
funds at Level 5.

 

We would like to set up a separate Sub Program to cover all the items we
are to receive funding for but wish to keep track of the monies in one
budget area rather thatn separate items for each area if possible.

 

Any assistance or advice gratefully received.
