Hi Jan I would check that with HRMS, my understanding was, that the
higher duties was at AP1 even though the position is an AP2.

Sorry I only just read the 2nd half of the email.

I also had to do a higher duties payment last week - and was told they
get paid (use the higher duties ready reckoner) at the level of the
person they're replacing.

I have noted that maternity leave is now fourteen weeks but the guide
still says 12 weeks.  Can anyone tell me whether it is 6 weeks before
and 8 weeks after or 7 before and 7 after?

 

Also if a leading teacher is on higher duties for an Ap2 are they paid
bottom of AP2 range or AP1?
