[Busmanagers] Maternity Leave

Hi Jan,

I was also told - only last week, that it's 6 weeks before and 8 weeks
after.

If the teacher wants to work after the 6 weeks they need a certificate
from the doctor saying they're fit to work.

I have noted that maternity leave is now fourteen weeks but the guide
still says 12 weeks.  Can anyone tell me whether it is 6 weeks before
and 8 weeks after or 7 before and 7 after?

 

Also if a leading teacher is on higher duties for an Ap2 are they paid
bottom of AP2 range or AP1?
