[Busmanagers] Maternity Leave

I have noted that maternity leave is now fourteen weeks but the guide still says 12 weeks.  Can anyone tell me whether it is 6 weeks before and 8 weeks after or 7 before and 7 after?
 
Also if a leading teacher is on higher duties for an Ap2 are they paid bottom of AP2 range or AP1?
