[Busmanagers] Service Desk

I must have missed that in the bulletin.  I have had a call logged since
last week reporting that I had no access to the gateway.  Why didn't
they tell me about putting edu001 before user ID then????

you need to put edu001/prior to your userid   this was in a bulletin
