I have had the same problem in the past week.  And yet I used it a
couple of weeks ago with no problems.  
 
With regard to call back times.  When I was having so much trouble with
my bank rec last week I sat on hold to the call centre with it on
speaker phone for in excess of half an hour before I got through.  Faxed
in reports as requested and finally got a call back days later from a
wonderful lady in Gippsland who is helping out.  She solved my problems
in half an hour - yet it actually took 4-5 days before someone dealt
with it.

message not authorised to use this!  Just want to confirm the address as

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
