[Busmanagers] RE: Service Desk

I don't know about anyone else, but I used the online system today,
emailed them at 8.45 and got 2 CALL BACKS!!! BY 10.00am  .Great System.

Hi everyone

 

Can anyone give me an idea as to how long the wait is for a call back?
I put a call in on Thursday, got the call back at 8.18 the next morning
- unfortunately I was stuck in traffic!!  They said I should be
contacted before 9 that day, but I have heard nothing since.
