Hi Liz,
I've been watching all the emails come in regarding the lodgement of the empdupe files via the E-commerce system.  I don't think I'm even going to bother at this stage.  With all the hassles everyone's been having I will probably send my files off via good old Aussie Post on a floppy & hope that they've sorted out the E-commerce problem by next year.

  Just thought I would let whoever was interested know that at the Business Manager's conference Rochelle Kendt's name came up as someone to contact if we had problems with CASES 21 finance.

 

I have had Rochelle out a few times and found her extremely professional and competent with CASES 21 and she has been a really great help.  I get things resolved a lot quicker that contacting the help desk.
