Hi Deirdre,

Town can change the EMPDUPE file for you, they have a way of doing it, log your call and someone from investigations will call you and they can edit the EMPDUPE file for you if it is too late to create a new one.  I had a problem with a $0.00 pay, they had to delete it from the EMPDUPE file that Cases21 created because that was the only way I could send it either via ECI or by disk.

Thanks Terrie, I can go in and fix the problem for next year but because I have now rolled over into July which wipes off all info in payroll I cannot do anything to change the emdup file !!1 well this is my understanding

Yes i had the same problems but eventually got thru with what Helen says which i have included  here

i Everyone,

To change the information it is done under table maintenance Payroll/Reference Tables/Payroll Data Maintenance/PAYG Payer Details.

It is in the Payroll End of Finance Year - Migration Year Only Quickguide on page 9.5. The Branch No. should be 001 and on page 9.6 PAYG Supplier Details - PAYG Supplier Postal Address should have the postcode but nothing in the country.

Hello everyone and welcome back!!!! I'm sure by now we all wished we'd stayed on holidays. 

Its obvious that a few of us are experiencing error reports when we try to send PAYG summary electronically. 

Has anyone else!!!!! Rolled over and then found they have this problem????

IF SO WHAT DID YOU DO THEN???? We are in limbo here not knowing what to do.
