[Busmanagers] ECI

[Brophy, Marjorie J]

Just had an email from another user who had to change the Identity
Number to 001. Make sure there are no full stops anywhere.  This is all
just too ridiculous for words.  I found two of these errors before the
End of Term - so schools should have been notified about them at the
beginning of term.  It would save so much stress and distress.

I have double check to error and it is in IDENTITY not Branch # - the
field 
lmust contain numeric characters only.  ???
