To change the information  it is done under table maintenance
Payroll/Reference Tables/Payroll Data Maintenance/PAYG Payer Details.
It is in the Payroll End of Finance Year - Migration Year Only
Quickguide on page 9.5.  The Branch No. should be 001 and on page 9.6
PAYG Supplier Details - PAYG Supplier Postal Address should have the
postcode but nothing in the country.
