Yes it is as long as they are away for more than 31 days.  You can see that=
 information in the SRP guide, but it has always been this.  You cannot clai=
m Regional Contingency for SSO's less than 30 days like you can for teaching=
 staff, perhaps that is where you misunderstood.

If an SSO takes Long Service for a period of six weeks, which is 29 week day=
s and 39 calendar days is this outside the Global budget, or do the week day=
s have to be over 30?
