[Busmanagers] SSO1-2

Have noticed in our latest pay slip advices that the SSO1-2's haven't
received a tax drop but everyone else has.  Rang them but still doesn't
make sense that a SSO1-1 gets a drop and not the SSO1-2.  Has anyone got
an understandable explanation.
