[Busmanagers] Investment Transfers

I am hoping someone can help with this problem, I have logged a call
with no response as yet!!!

I put through a transfer from the HYIA to the Official Account yesterday
at 4:20pm and the report that I printed schedules the transfer for today
with a reference number.  The money has not been transferred.  I have
check both accounts and no movement is shown in either but I am scared
to redo it as I don't want it to happen twice.  I didn't think there was
a time cut off now that we do it via the web.

Any suggestions???
