[Busmanagers] Cases21 Invoice

Good afternoon

We had the same problem with not being able to put Invoices on.
CASES21F rang today and there will be a note coming out in the next
CASES21F bulletin. Schools have to make a decision as to whether they
want to deliver orders or not. As we were recommended at our training
not to, I was given the following instructions -

go to SUPERVISOR in Financial, go down to DATABASE PROPERTIES which
brings another table up. Hit the FINANCIAL INFO tab, 3 boxes down is
SKIP DELIVERY and change the N to a Y, then hit okay.

They then suggested exiting out of CASES21 and going back in again.

Haven't been any problems since changing this.

Subject: [Busmanagers] Cases21 Invoice

Good Afternoon everyone,

I have just tried to process an invoice by trucking in an order, I had
just entered the order and updated the batch, and it keeps giving me a
Quantity invoiced error, when I change the delivery from 0 to 1. I have
been on hold to the help desk for the past 15 minutes and have given up
waiting, thought some clever cherub out there might have an idea for me,
otherwise I shall leave it till tomorrow!
