If anyone has this problem you need to log a call it doesn't take much
time to fix, but it has to be done. In the meantime you can still do
invoices without orders.

Subject: [Busmanagers] Cases21 Invoice
Good Afternoon everyone,
I have just tried to process an invoice by trucking in an order, I had
just entered the order and updated the batch, and it keeps giving me a
Quantity invoiced error, when I change the delivery from 0 to 1. I have
been on hold to the help desk for the past 15 minutes and have given up
waiting, thought some clever cherub out there might have an idea for me,
otherwise I shall leave it till tomorrow!
