Just make sure you are taking the Bank Account Balance from Friday 30th
June not Monday 3rd July of you are doing from the Internet. You could
be including interest paid on 03/07/06 which doesn't show up until
Tuesday. I know I made that mistake at first.

I have checked the detailed bank account movements and thats where I
picked up two cheques not ticked off correctly. All the eftpos deposits
have balanced to C21 batches. I have reconciled the HYIA but no other
accounts at this time. The only transactions on my other accounts has
been interest received.
I am starting to think I should untick everything and just start again.

Have you reconciled your other bank accounts? Could it be an EFTPOS
receipt that has not been entered on C21? Have you checked your Bank
Account Movements-detailed against your Bank Statement?

I cannot balance my official account. I have done a manual bank rec and
have reduced the difference from -$365 to -$45 so I have fixed part of
my problem. However, I cannot find where I have gone wrong with the
$45. Everything seems to be ticked off correctly. I have left a
message with the call centre and I am waiting on a call back. Can
anyone give me any other ideas of what else I can do to try and find
this amount.
