[Busmanagers] Time Fractions

Hi

 

My understanding is that the ½ hour lunch break is unpaid but recess is included.  Therefore 9 to 3.30 with ½ hour for lunch would be a 6 hour day.  We pay our integration aides who work this time fraction for 5 days a week at a 0.8 time fraction.

Welcome back for 2006.

 

I am in need of help with SSO time fractions.    If we hire an integration aide 9.00 - 3.30 what time fraction would this be and how would it be calculated.    I'm unsure about allowance for lunch break etc.  

I would be very grateful if someone could help me with an explanation of calculations as I have others to work on.
