Go through Start/Programs/CASES21/Password.

 

Then you can add or modify access to CASES21.  Good luck

Hi everyone - can someone please tell me whereabouts in CASES21 we add a
new person in the office to the to the system?-

Have searched everywhere and just can't find it, have done it before so
know it can be done!
