[Busmanagers] New CRT rates

There was another Global Salary Change on 8th January 2006 (a 3%
increase).  The CRT rate should increase too shouldn't it?

as from 11/12/05 = $35.04 per hour or $210.20 per day
as from 01/10/06 = $36.10 per hour of $216.50 per day
