[Busmanagers] Billing Templates

Hi again

 

I have worked out what went wrong. I changed the Overseas default as I
didn't want to bill the overseas students, but if you do that no charges
will generate at all. This is not what has been written in the Process
guide.

 

I hope you all have a straightforward end of year.

Welcome back 

 

I am trying to enter my invoices for 2006 by using Billing templates.
For some reason, after setting up the billing template the invoices
won't generate.

 

I have poured over the instructions but I have obviously missed
something important. I have rung the call centre but I am not a
priority.

 

If anyone has a chance could they please ring me on 9814 9424 (direct
line) and help me.
