I think the best report will be Annual Sub Program Budget Variance
Report (KGLSUB21003).  Follow General Ledger/Print Sub Program Reports.

 

It gives revenue as well as expenditure.

Could someone please tell me which is the best report to look at to
prepare the P & L statements for Canteen etc.  I have the old 2-6-5 up
to October but am a bit confused in CF21.
