Glynis,

Balance Day adjustments are used to move monies receipted/expended in 2005 
which are actually 2006 funds.

If you did not put on the 2006 charges and therefore did not allocate the 
funds to charges but are sitting in suspense you do not need to do Balance 
Day adjustments.
