Happy New Year Everyone!

 

Can anyone help with 'removing delivered orders' that are no longer
required?

 

It was covered in the EOY training (page 10 of the notes) - but for some
reason (!!!) I didn't write the steps down and the Call Centre doesn't
know what I am talking about.
