[Busmanagers] Bendigo bank authorisation

Hi everyone,

We are looking at changing our official acc over to the Bendigo Bank.
I'm interested to hear from anyone how you go about authorising your
local payroll and bulk payments to be processed and sent, as I have been
told that only the signaturees of the account are able to do this.
