A Creditor Reverse Payment is the way to go but you also need to do a Credit Note to counteract the original invoice.

One of our teachers has decided not to attend a PD that was paid for.  The cheque has been returned and I am wondering if I do a Creditor Reverse Payment.  I have not had to do one of these before since going to CASES 21F
