[Busmanagers] Returned Cheque

[Beverin, Grace L]

One of our teachers has decided not to attend a PD that was paid for.
The cheque has been returned and I am wondering if I do a Creditor
Reverse Payment.  I have not had to do one of these before since going
to CASES 21F
