Hi Chris
The 0000 System line is purely that and he will go silly trying to work
out what it represents as it is generated by the system as a type of
clearing account.
The only way to track carried forward is by separate spreadsheets
created with your final balances before rollover to new year and by
reflecting them in the expenditure budget for 2006.

Subject: [Busmanagers] Re Carryoever figure from 2005
Hi everyone
Have now been asked by the treasurer where (in any report) we can see a
system carry over figure from 2005 which will let him know what money we
have (as opposed to looking in the bank recs at the actual money in the
bank). Also he has tried to make sense of the top line of the Annual
Subprogram Budget Report GL21157 in terms of some carry over figure but
of course this is not quite working out - so could anyone explain the
top line figures of this report called '0000 System Use Only'?
