[Busmanagers] Pool

Hi Everyone,

 

We've just recently gone onto C21F and we're in a real dilemma over how
to manage payments that our students make for using our pool.  Was
wondering if anyone else out there has a pool and charges students for
its use and how you go about it.  We don't feel we can impose a "one
size fits all" levy because some children use the pool once a week
others may use it 2 or 3 times.    Nor do I particularly want to be
setting up dozens of different fee codes to fit all the scenarios.
