Our outdoor ed trainee is paid under the National Training Award
(Federal) Skill Level B - depends on age of trainee and how long since
they left school etc determines salary level.

We have employed a trainee.  She is currently doing a course at TAFE and
is working part-time with our Outdoor Education Coordinator as part of
the course.  Can anyone tell me what award she comes under and what her
wage should be?
