[Busmanagers] recyling plastics

Hi Debbie,

We also had that problem especially with paper. Because you don't pay
rates they won't collect.  We reached an agreement with Shire Yarra
Ranges and pay a levy for garbage collection.  They supplied us with
Large recycle wheelie bins that go out fortnightly.

We were wondering how other schools get their plastics and glass
recyled.  Our Maroondah City Council won't collect them from us.
