[Busmanagers] Updating Staff Details in HRMS and Cases21

Hi Chris,
I tried updating in both programs, but next day, Cases21 had reverted
back to the old information.
I have received a couple of different suggestions ...
Update the details in CASES Program 118, then immediately update the
details in CASES21 ensuring that the three digit staff code is the same
in both CASES and CASES21, then the following day 'Refresh CASES
Personal Data' in HRMS.
OR
Update in old CASES Prog 118 and Refresh CASES Personal Data in HRMS on
the same day, then check staff details in CASES21 the next day and
update if necessary. Again the staff code must be the same in both
CASES and CASES21
Trying both ways with different staff members... hopefully I will have
some success.

Hi Jan
I had thought that Hrms and Cases21 didn't talk to each other anymore. I
thought we had to add and manually change the details on both programs.
